Ok, this is my complaint, move it to another section if placed wrong, I'm new here. 
So, while downloading, I sit here on this forum. Nice looks, nice settlement and so  , but suddenly, I forgot about the queue screen. Its been my turn for longer then 3 minutes. So I quickly click the link, it gets fully white, because I was too late  . Thats annoying. Heck it is. Can't the owners of this site make a system where it automatically let the download open, like fileplanet? Ive missed the hellsing mod three times thanks to that.

The auto download triggers security warnings on some peoples browsers... which would lead to people moaning about that...  |

Yea i have no problem with the queue. I think 3 minutes is plenty enough time and if you dont check back every now and again the download really must'nt be that important to you. |

The point is, if this wasn't an intresting forum, I wouldn't complain about the downloads getting nuts or sumting.
Seems like I did complain. I'm not bragging with the forum now, its the hard truth. The system shouldve been seen over. Or atleast let a sound play off when ready. Like fileplanet.
Heck, I dunno, anyways, it needs to be thought over. |

Strange,whenever i download stuff from here i dont get to queue.And if you want d-load manager get Gold i,m planning on getting it soon.And sobe why dont you have L4Y Gold coz your a staff member but you dont have L4Y gold? |

that's actually an error. being staff would allow you to be gold. Skiprat got a gold for free because he was there when Gold accounts were created. Skiprat has no more merit than you.
From my point of view, giving goldmembership to every staffmembers was silly.
It's an economic nonsense, some of them would have paid for it, granting Garner more money to run the site.
Moreover they are far from being equal.
No offence but the time NoClanfrank devoted to the site doesn't compare to the time spent by new staff like the doc or skiprat.
Would have been better to give gold accounts to noone and possibly confidentialy give a few ones to a happy few deserving it.
Garner decided to give it to all staff members.
That means all the users who are staffmembers whenever they became staff and including yourself, Sobe.
Ask it and i'm sure you'll get it. |

NCF is staff on a game with plenty to do.
Me and doc are both staff on games that arent even out.
And molodeits u dont know everything about what goes on here 
I got gold after being staff for more than 2 months. And sobe definatly is still in his "trail period" |

I find nothing wrong with the queue, in fact I've never had to wait. I just click and it tells me my download is ready within like 3 seconds, so maybe if you have a little more patience and an attention span that is longer than 3 seconds you can download a file... |

New staff get their gold account activated once we're sure they're sticking around on staff and actually doing their job. ie once they've reached the end of their trial period and haven't been kicked out
Staff get Gold as a way of the site saying 'thankyou' to them for the work they've done/doing. |

Sad part is, there's not a whole lot about CSS other than dls! lol
Since it's a mod for a game already..... Except for CSS updates via Steam such as new skins, etc. |

I hate it when it says "10 peeps in front of you"..yet tha main page says 5 User(s) and 13 Guest(s)are browsing around L4Y?..guests cant D/L..can they?..and if tha gold was say $50.00,alot more peeps could get it and you'd probly make alot more $$$!but then again...  |
