" I Like Me "     Bigern1990   Posted 4th Oct 2005 4:11pm Welcome! Post 2 / 4 You have to make a backups file in your C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo. Make sure the backups file is called BACKUPS and matches the other major files in there like CONTENT and SHADERS. You will need to drop the modded map into your MAPS folder, if it is a bloodgulch mod then it will ask if u want to replace bloodgulch, and so on for the other maps. So yes you definately want to BACKUP your files or else you will be waiting an extra 10-15 minutes trying to reinstall the game completly because you dont have that map anymore. If you want to backup the mod you got just do wut i did, make an icon on your desktop for Games, and organize it like Halo and Warcraft, so when your duoble click on halo you have halo.exe shortcuts and mods and everything.
