Where the hell have you been Aztec? I could have used your help a while back, but you never answered my emails or the forums. I don't need your help now, but I could have. It's nice to see you active again. Keep up the good work. It looks like SF.

Yes it does indeed look like Street Fighter
I mean, if you pick any of these pics and post them on a forum or wherever, I bet you that none of the people will ever guess that it's a Max Payne 2 mod or a mod itself at all.  |

A little update,
A new character, the monitor cyborg, acts as Bison's eyes and ears. You'll see this guy in almost all the levels.
Some pics of Guile ingame as I don't think i've posted any!
Some pics of Evil Ryu Vs Juli and Juni. Yeah you fight both of them at the same time, makes a rather interesting fight, they are a great tag team, fast and relentless!

There won't be a beta of the mod as I've said perviously that I wouldn't release one and the only release you'll get is the finished article. There are two reasons for this at this time, the first would be that its almost fully complete so it'll be a bit pointless. The second and more important fact would be I don't want people ripping the hell out of it before the thing is released. I've spent most of 2 years working on this and i'm not about to let someone rip stuff out of it that i've worked so hard on.
The only other thing I can say is that I've made this first and foremost for myself and no-one else. The mod is at a point where i've acheieved what I set out to do, turn MP2 into a full 3d fighting game and i'm happy with that. Don't get me wrong I appriciate you guys opinion but I just wanted to make the point clear, its for my own enjoyment and not to make a name for myself or anything as petty as that.
I'm starting to rant so i'll leave it there. They are the reasons why anyways and as i've said before, when i'm 100% happy with it, it'll get released. Thats not far away... |
