Is the portal page dependant on sub-domains. It feels like it is - i keep losing topics on it.  I understand the reasoning behind Hot Topics, but why the portal.
Christ I couldn't even find the right forum to post this in. It was meant for site feedback (if there is such a thing) not Red Faction Site Feedback. 
BTW, why can't we be redirtected to the page we were viewing after login?
And another thing - the crappy google ads in the middle of the threads are not always showing ads. |

Yes. If you're on the RF section of the site it'll show you the RF topics since you last logged in.
If you want to see all topics, view the portal from the 'www' area of the site.
2)
The Site Feedback forum is for all areas of the site...
3)
Check your account settings. Redirection to the page you were on before login is the default option I believe but there are 2 other options you may have switched to...
4)
I know, you're not the first person to state this, I told Google about this before the ads launched on the site and they said they'd 'look into it'.

It's now very difficult to tell exactly what game section you are on when in the forums on this site... unless you know the colour scheme for each one... but some are fairly similar 
Why did you replace the game pic in the top left with the L4Y logo? Surely you should have the game logo on the other side as well?  |

I've already stated somewhere the pics will return at a later date... the admin panel upload for the images still affect the old template... not this new one. |

OK, well I haven't changed any account settings. It says "After Login, take me to..." and in the select box "...the page I was on before login." Not working.
Having to go to the main section to get the real portal is a pain in the CENSORED :O In fact, since the redesign, navigation around the site has become more difficult - shouldn't it be the other way round? |

I agree with you Trigger... I just went to the portal page this morning and there was a huge list. I made one post and then returned to the Portal Page and there were like 3 topics to choose from because it
had taken me straight to the RF portal page only 
Some parts of the site are a lot easier to navigate since the change IMO. I like the way each game has it's own section and scheme but it still needs tying together more effectively. I would go on to offer a few suggestions here but I won't waste my time as usually I get ignored anyways |

Also it would be nice to make a special actieve topics part on this site just for Planetary Conquest, because all the topics that aren't about PC got lost betwine all the PC topics in there. Kinda confusing if your totally not intrested in Planetary Conquest.
Lately it sometimes seems this site is mostly about PC and the other parts get kinda neglected. (Iknow i spelled that wrong)  |

Me too.
With the login thing - it only seems to happen on the forums - i get redirected to the forum index. If i go to download when i am not logged in, it redirects fine.
And what is the deal with download speed? I only get half the speed of what I should be getting, all the time. |

If that is the case, why don't you choose the option to remember you. That's what I do and I never have had a problem with that. |
