I think it's funny how this board has changed into a 'discuss how great Manhunt is' board. Does this mean that I was right  and manhunt is the "Best Game So Far for ps and xbox?" Not too likely.
Oh and by the way, the plastic bag (as stated earlier) is my weapon of choice. |

I chose the FF games because they dont have the crap you guys find entertaining. The graphic breaking of bones and the dismemberment of every limb on a guys body doesn't seem "funny" to me. I think you guys are just wierd
And about the issue with kids:
YOU ARE ALL CENCORED LITTLE MORONIC CENCORED THAT ARE MAKING PEOPLE HIGH UP IN GOVERNMENT VERY ANGRY!

Translation: Hey kids, don't play Hitman or Manhunt if you are going to kill someone because of it. Soon video games are going to get restricted worse than the ESRB. In case you didn't know the ESRB is bad enough.

Ease up, they are japanese. You have a point tho, the guys look like girls and the girls look like pornstars...
Anyway I guess it fits it ANIME style. About manhunt having a metro, I wouldn't buy it anyway so idc |

Don't worry I was just playing with you  . I'm well aware that it is a japanese game and that is how anime characters look, but the fact still remains. James Earl Cash looks like a Budweiser guy, whereas Cloud Stryfe (sp) looks like an apple-tini kind of guy . |

Well given the tech at the time, FF7 was good graphics. But you look at them now and they all seem to have arms like popeye and faces like runescape. But then you see the cutscenes and you wonder... CENSORED ? why didnt they just lower the cutscene and up the walking around on the world map graphics?  |

Just picked up manhunt on the 'ol PC (purchased it the day it released on PS2, but haven't had a PS2 for about a year). Ah, its all coming back to me  . |

Final is a cool game.
I think ff8 is the best 
But it has a crap story line
I just like the gameeplay in it.
once i got my charters to level 99 on the first and second disk..
Thats where ff7 and 9 rule cuz they have better story lines.  |

I have played FF9 all the way to the third disk and I still didn't find much of a story...
And I also heard about a Final Fantasy game starring only Vincent and it was a shooter.
Another thing I have heard is that Advent Children is coming out this Summer.  |

I HATE Final Fantasy, but what action scenes I have seen from Advent Children are really entertaining (especially the last fight). I'll probably buy it when it comes out, I'll just wear a fake beard and sunglasses when I do. |

sorry, this is off topic... but the colors that were chosen for this portion of the site are... ugly...
Anaways, i voted Halo2. Im no hardcore fan of it but its really fun to watch the vehicles fall apart and play lan ctf and jack cars when the enemy is in the turret... |

Halo, Halo 2 and some others there aren't on the PS2. These games are pretty out dated too.
I'm still at a loss as to why there's no mention of Half-Life 2. Mabye you should have not put such a small sample to choose from
Some awesome games are around with very graphic nature and i know first hand how violent games can warp and mould people who are under 14 (at least). My cousin started watching movies and shows like south park, the punisher, team america and the likes when he was under 10. this wasn't due to bad parenting or anything, rather some irresponsible older brothers.
m15 and MA15 are actually pretty good guides in my opinion and i think that the minimum should be 13years old before kids are exposed to games of violent nature.
There are other games that although theey are very pleasing to play (i'm thinking here of the GTA series) they promote the idea that you can walk around the streets with a gun shooting up the place, commit crimes with no repocussions except a monetary bonus and run over people.
This has prolly been said before but i think it needed to ba said again. |
