ok i was able to dl it from the links posted and i renamed the folder to data, but when i try to run it, i get a Max Payne 2 Error Window with
"Exception in engineInit:R_Script: Unknown variable "message"
in [characterhit]/[BulletAnaconda_Enemy.txt]!"
Is there a way to fix that?

well i downloaded this mod on 56k...it took me 3 hours but hell, if there's 12 PAGES of posts in the forum it's got to be good doesn't it? Well its okay, but as far as mods go its nothing special. Sorry to the makers, but this mod was WAAAAYYYY overhyped for a weapons/skin mod with a 10 second new level. Just my opinion, but this mod isnt that good and theres probably not much that can be done to make it better. A sneaking system would have been nice, like in the mgs mod v0.6 for mp1 but it probably cant be done for mp2 so whatever. Plus it doesn't come with a readme so if I'm missing something could somebody pls tell me. Final verdict....meh |
Atually it can be done in mp2m, well sort of. |

Yeah, nice idea, you might want to open a new thread for this competition but it could also include funny screenies taken from other mods

Ok I dled your version but when I try to run it, I see the main screen for about 2-3 secs then I get
"Exception in engineInit:R_Script: Unknown variable "message"

@ RLee: Hmm, my version doesn't have any new weapons ( ), are you
sure it's my version? There shouldn't be a Colt Anaconda in it. I don't
know the problem sorry, but I know my version (shouldn't) have this kind
of problems. |

Well, this mod works fine 4 me.... try turning off the "Pixel Shader Skins" thingy, it should work.
BTW, Xolair, what am I supposed to do in the "test level"?? (all I see is Mona standing in front of a door).

I've said this once before, I tried to create my ''own'' level and see
if I could make a character with AI in it, and it didn't work (as usual). Sadly I ''forgot'' the level into the finished mod... so you
basically CAN'T do nothing in it, sorry. My bad... |
