Beatonator... QUIET = SILENT QUITE = TO A DEGREE / TO THE GREATEST EXTENT. Can you see a difference here? Examples:- 1. The boy was QUIET, he did not make a sound. 2. The boy hadn't eaten and was QUITE hungry. The word you are looking for is QUITE, otherwise do not use it at all because your sentances do not make sense.
