Hi there, first off try looking at this page and if that doesnt help you can you please tell us which model/s you download and are trying to install.

well does that work for player models like counter terrorists? i have got th model called urban ct its like a delta force model

all models are installed through the process described in genxer's link

well witht he exception of the odd few that have multiple skin coverings... but id ont think l4y has any of those
