well if u go to www.steamcn.com (its printed bottom right of the GIf) u might find out or the easiest way is alot of frames made in PhotoShop or paint put 2 gether

I opened it with adobe ImageReady it has 158 frames, how long would that take 2 make

depends on what program they used.. there are some programs that make it real easy.. just not shure what they are called

can't actually see it - l4y seems 2 be bown in some areas (red faction at least).
you can us macromedia flash 6 to import pics and movies though and create your own to make animaitions by making pictures in a way similar to the paint tool and then it lets you continue on from the previous frame. you can also export them to many different formats including gif's and exporting each single frame as an individual file to make rf vbm's. nice
