I would love to help bu unfortuanatley I am a total noob and posses no skills unless u wanted someone to use aint for some reason, script, ideaqs as a whole. But I am sure u already have many ideas yourself. I think I knw how u can do the "draw" system though. Couldn't you just make it so all controls and npc movements were unresponsive fo a time. Or you could just have a small cinemartic (which would just be someone's film of the actual screen). So good luck - Graet idea!
