Though i'm feeling glad that there are not any english in there, I have a feeling we would get equally ribbed!! i think they only portrayed canadians as having wobbly heads because the y probably did a bad job making terrance, philip, and ike's little brother and they had to explain why they have wobbly heads ... so they came up with the reason that they were from canada and everyone from canada has wobbly head ... basically they half arsed it and they had to come up with some explanation of why they look different ...
