hi,
im browsing a website, and i want to download some PS2 emulator stuff, but i have to uise bittorent or something like that, i dont know this program, does anybody knows it and does anybody knows if its save to download.. and dont worry the roms i wanna download i have the real game so nothing illegal (i wanna play Burnout Revenge on my pc  )

Bitorrent is fine to download, completely safe and legal.
Although, I believe ROMs are illegal, in any way shape or form. They are a breach of copyright whether or not you have the game..or so I'm led to believe. |

ROMs are legal if you do own the original games and the console.
As for bit torrents. It's indeed free, legal and simple.
Download it, install it then click on the link of your download and the program will start and tell you where the download is saved. |

bittorrent itself is completly legal... Many people/corperations use it for distributing big files... but its a known fact its used for piracy, so be careful what you get yourself into  |

BitTorrent is the protocol, there are many clients that have BitTorrent support... BitLord being one of them.
As no other clients were mentioned I'm not entirely sure what BitLord is meant to be better than 
You only want a fully featured BT program if you're into heavy downloading. As you dont know what it is I recommend you just download Opera. Its mucho better than IE and has BitTorrent support built in... just click the torrent links as if they were a normal download. |

I never knew Opera had Bittorrent support Garner
Mine must be disabled or is it only in version 9?
I use uTorrent as Skiprat suggested it. |

If i try downloading a torrent file in opera.. it never startyes downloading. even if it has peers.. Why ? |
