I work part-time and go to school, it killed my wallet enough to get a 360(on top of other bills). I'm saving for an HDtv, but there are some folks that won't have one for some time. The whole "if you got a 360, you should be able to get an HDtv" argument is horribly flawed. HD just provides that extra WOW factor in, but you don't need it. I don't have a HDTV, so i bought the HD VGA cable for £20 and now use my 19" DELL TFT monitor... and it looks...
