For those of you who think your hot stuff, get a load of this...
Since 3 days ago, I have formated my machine and installed WinXP Pro and I have made quite a few modifications hehe 
Here Is My Customised WinXP Login Screen...
This was a digital camera shot as you can't run a screenshot taker program during login...  |

Yes you can... press Print Screen button. It should work.
See, i did it.
I would recommend you use "Fast Switch". you might have to disable your internet offline files for it to work. |

I can barely make the image out... it looks like its from Doom 3... the UAC logo.

Are you running any additional software to get it working like that?
Logon and Shutdown screens are the only aspects of XP i haven't modified and i dont plan on using programs to make it happen. |

Hmmmm, it seems a little off mind... probley because it was designed for 1024x768 screen resolution.

Spike, yep it was desinged for 1024*768 considering most people run that resolution as the standard. If you are running a higher resolution, you need to download one of the other Doom3 login themes from that link I sent you in the email...  |

Thats just awesome Terminator20. Heres mine: 
I love modding windows
Nothing too special, just moved the login stuff and changed the background.
I used resource hacker to modify the logonui file. 
Maybe if I wasn't so lazy, I'd do some more with it. |

Its not that i like doing it the hardway ... i just dont like my resources going to completely uneeded/unwanted things.

I like your login screen dude! I have never played the new Unreal Tournament, I have Unreal Tournament 2003.
Yep, modding Windows XP is allot of fun! I use to run Windows 2000 Pro for a long time but its only partialy supported by microsoft now and you can't do near the amount of customising you can do with XP! 
Lord Seafood: No sweat man, I understand. My computer right now is using 300MB of memory running the eye candy graphics, this browser, firewall, anti virus, and msn messenger. When I was running Windows 2000 Pro, it was using only around 200MB. |
