Generally skinning is apart of the modellers job.. since its HIS work.. I would not want people to texture the beasts I have modelled because I think I would have better idea of what their skin would actually look like.. I think it would be the same with weapon modelling unless there is a specialist who is brilliant in that field and can run with the original modellers thoughts.

I formed a great team with Ska diesel on the weapons for the simpsons mod, he moddeled I skinned and it turned out great. To bad the general public will never see it.
Well in most cases the "character designer" (ME) should be able to do all of the below.
->>Model the character mesh
->>Texture the character model
->>Apply RFBone modifier to the mesh/model
->>Export animations for use in-game
So lets leave the character designing to me for awhile to get some progress first.. I will post screenshots of the new content.
JD reskinned the default parker model and looks pretty decent.. So maybe he might want to try reskinning my own characters once the time comes.. and we can choose which one we thinks best.. Or just use multiple skins for the characters (which is actually an idea which we should deffinately go ahead with somewhere in the mod)
