any good horror/action/adventure game most importantly i should be a third person game.

Resident evil 4 seems to suit all those catagories, havent played it myself but it got rave reviews from my friends that have. |

All the Silent Hill games. I'm not kidding, they have insane puzzles/graphics/really frightening. If you havent played them yet i suggest you do. I think many places still stock Silent Hill 4. |

i would say get painkiller, if u want a dark based shoot everything that moves kinda game, plus since its old u can get it cheap. |

Yeah Painkiller was a Good game! Maybe try F.E.A.R if i remember correctly it had some wierd parts with a kid and Blood comming from the cieling or something like that. |

I loved Blade of Darkness, much overlooked game in my opinion!!
Great game, good puzzles, awesome fighting system and weapons! Probably only costs a couple of quid now.

Not a *great* looker now, but was awesome for its time.
I agree painkiller was good fun, havent tried any of the Lord of the Rings games, they look good, dont know how they play though. |
