Hey guys, remember when we were talking about the "shop" system that some old school RF mapper had made? (I think it was RoMeK) It allowd the player to buy things but only after he picked up keycards? Well i found it! 
On one of my backup discs, it was there staring at me

Yep, i distinctly remember someone asking where it was, and i couldnt find it. I found it on a disc so i thought it could be useful |

.. No, its a SP map.
Put the folder in your mods folder and run RF with this command line:
-mod atm -level da |

... I put this up for download a LOOONG time ago
The one I couldn't find was the team co-op map that was made, where if you don't have 2 people, it would be impossible to finish the map. Like there is a giant mountain gap, and there is a plank, if you try to walk the plank yourself, your weight causes it to fall. But if you have a friend stand on the end, you can walk across the plank far enough to jump across the gap. |

The Shop Mod was GTA's event system.
I remember seeing an outrageous amount of events just for a single money credit.
It would be cool to properly make use of the feature. |

Its acually not so complicated if you break it down.... It makes sence. Thats why i like RFs event system; it is literally "when you trigger this, you do this, and this, oh and blow this thing up".

Good good, why don't you recreate that event system for us then except with other things, etc. Place it in a multiplayer map, that way we can have like 10people in a shop at once blowing each others brains out trying to steal credits from each other so they can buy something |

do you do anything else but buy a shotgun with one shell, and assult rifle with one shell, etc? Or is that just an example of events?

errr, you cannot use the same method that was used in this shop in Multi, believe me ive tried
It may be possible, but i doubt it... |
