Then there is the download status bar plugin that puts your download in a nice little status bar at the bottom of your browser window. P.S. If you don't do anything silly, nothing is going to happen to your computer. I've always used IE and all I have to protect me are my router and Norton, yet I haven't had virus or spyware issues in years. Also, Java is something you've got to watch out for. Alot of crap gets slipped in thru Java applets. I don't even have it installed any more. I guess I'm just surprised by some of your reactions... you're the kind of people I'd expect would know how to watch out for themselves online by now. Seems to me there's no real point to this post I guess, but is there ever? I'm not trying to hurt anybody's feelings or anything. Me, I hail from Thunder Bay, Ontario. Ive tried the rest ( FF, Opera ,blah blah) IE works all the time with ease! That my 2 cents worth anyway, we don't wanna make this thread a SPAM Thread now do we? Otherwise, it's IE7 all the way! Those who follow the path of others lack the imagination or courage to create their own.
