HAlf LIFE SUCKS (espically counter-strike)
and for the record. Halo will own. HL2 (i dont care if it gets played more) there will be enough online players to keep me happy for quite a while. i believe because of the extreme gameplay, graphics, effort, and support the PC halo will have a VERY long lasting lifetime for years to come!
do not turn to the dark side, (HL2) come to the light, (Halo) you will feel better. DO IT FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!  LOL! |

Halo 1 in a nutshell...
A bunch of badass aliens (Covenant) dont like humans. They've sworn to remove humanity from the universe forever.
One problem - they dont know where Earth is.
Every Earth ship has orders to never reveal where Earth is, stand and fight if there is no other way and ensure the ship goes down in flames rather than capture.
The ship you start on is cornered by an entire Covenant Armada. As your ship gets beaten up the captain notices a ring world (Halo) and you crash land on it... alien beatings, carnage, whoopings, explosions and general alien slaughter then ensues as you race the Covenant to finding out what Halo is/does and try to get off it.
You have to play it to really find out... the storyline is gripping, the graphics are superb and the gameplay is just out of this world.... and thats just the Xbox version...the PC version is going to be sweet  |

1) Half Life was great. People have had years to expect the second one... hence its going to be very popular.
2) This is Halo 1 for the PC. People are not going to be sure what to expect unless they've been suckered into buying an XBox for the game lol
3) Both are great games... just more people know about HL than Halo. |

More people know about Half-Life, because the game is older, it was released on the PC, which means LOADS more players dan on the XBOX, it has the best support ever, which means alot of content people.
Anyway Half-Life 2 simply looks like a killer of a game, and it seems it's going to play that way as well  |
