I'm sure that there's somewhere that you can legally "accquire" others possesions. Well it has been illegal in many countries to steal a domain. Let's say I have registered Apple.com, but then Apple Computers would want that domain. I'd say: "Sure, hand over $10,000 and it's yours". That is considered illegal, since you only registered the domain, to make money off it with the Apple company.. Alive and kicking
