RFV has the fastest server, thats for sure. I'm downloading ISM1.1 at the moment with 91kbs wich is the maximum here. Downloading files on l4y have a limit of 30kbs here. A big thank you for your Red Faction servers with low pings, and of course a thank you for running the ISM server wich helps the RF community a lot. (I don't know if it's still online) I should browse more often on your page ;/ ¤ MARS WARS 3! - Red Faction revamped on the unreal engine.
