When i take pictures with my digital camera, when i upload them to my pc, they al are 'vaporous' (<= translated true bablefish) i mean they arent clear at all. and it isnt my lens ..
Cheap digi cam?
If it's not a cheapy cam, then you may want to reduce the size of the pictures taken.

I also seem to have a digital cam problem myself too. Mines doesnt seem to turn on anymore. It worked fine when I first bought it but now it never turns on....maybe it's the lens?

I tried changing batteries too. I switched the ones that were in the camera with fresh AA batteries but nothing still happened.

Most modern digi cams take very large photos, if they dont have an anti-shake feature or a very high shutter speed (for want of a better term) then this can happen. Well that accounts for them not being clear. If you take a photo with the camera sat on a solid surface and you get no blur, you have shakey hands
I'd try sobe's suggestion and turn down the size a little and see if it makes a difference. Also it depends where your taking the photo, light conditions etc.
