Well, At least that's what i'm led to believe what it's called. There are few ways ways to obtain a custom user title. First, you can be a old school l4y'er and have some connections with someone on staff. Then they could do you the favor of getting you one. Second, there will be contests from time to time. Don't be boring and actually participate in them. They might give away custom user titles as a prize. This is how I got mine. Finally, you could always bribe garner if you are really desperate for one... Selling custom user titles would defeat any sense of special achievement or "speciality" in general. So, IMO I don't think they should be sold. Other than that, I think they should be given away to people who have reached a certian amount of contribution points as a bonus to people that have dedicated alot to the site. That's why Garner set it so that Staff Status titles would overlap the user's Forum Rank, but Custom User titles would not. Check out the difference between yours and D2ks.
