For anyone reading this in 2019 or later: The RF community is alive on the Community Discord [Faction Files]     Assman15    Posted 18th Apr 2007 2:14am Post 310 / 2085 For XFire to support in-game chat and server browsing/joining the game must make the system commands available through Windows shortcuts (like adding "-joinserver x" after the target in properties menu). RF supports very few options like this; of which are -mod, -level, and -dedicated. So sorry, no XFire support, ever. I am not 100% sure on this but I think Red Faction was brought out before Xfire was created so in that case, the creators of Red Faction did not need any of these commands because they thought no program would use them. Gez the makers of RF where lazy even Quake 3 finds servers on X-fire (didnt Quake 3 come out a year or 2 before RF???)
