Theyre not exclusive, Im not sure which other platforms theyre on, but theyre NOT Ps3 only. |

I dont know if you realize this but the last few Final Fantasy's are available for pc (including 12), alot of ps2 games ended up on xbox, and metal gear solid has a damn good chance of switching over to nintendo (seeing to as how thats where metal gear got its start, also the induction of snake into super smash brothers 3 NOT like he looked in twin snakes, but as he looked in snake eater)
Now i have played ps3 and i must say this, the system is downright stunning but they ask too much, for that amount i can be quite satisfied with both a 360 and a wii and still have some leftover money for games
I must criticize halo a bit though, it is a very good game but the lack of custom mapping can make it lose its spark kinda fast , but halo 2 was a huge step up from an already great game, one can only imagine whats going to happen with halo 3
As for the wii, nintendo for the first time is heavily supporting third party games in their system, it is simply amazing how they game so far on primarily games produced by nintendo (mind you sony makes little to no games and microsoft has a select few (which happen to be pretty good))
also the wii has 2-3 controllers, giving it quite the variety when it comes to gaming, so many game makers may want to throw some games on there, the low low price certainly brings a crowd, the cheap emulator that allows u to download your old favorites (<3 jet force gemini), the ability to play your favorite gamecube games (so i dont have to say good bye to baten kaitos) and to top it all off, its small size and FREE online play, honestly guys, if the hype for 360 werent so big the wii would reign, it certainly has the most potential (cough cough dont forget the dvd player cough) |

Spawn, your clearly a Sony FanBoy and nothing will change your mind, and thats fine. I do wish you would realise that your comments are false and at least admit that youre wrong.
What other platform? PC
ANYTHING on the Ps3 (or Wii or 360 for that matter) can, and probably will be ported to PC.
Oh also... exclusive means that it only available on that platform. NOT "Only available on that console". A PC is a platform, the only one you really need.
Speaking from a personal point of view, i dont see why we need consoles in the first place... I dont need a ps3 or a 360... i dont NEED a wii, i have one because its revolutionary. It is the first step towards virtual reality, all the Ps3 has done is gotten themselves money. Sony is doing absolutly nothing for the industry currentally, and i cant see them ever.
Also... on a side note, Wii will come out on top of this console war. Think about it, it has compatibility for 7 different consoles and dont give me the "ps3 is backwards compatible" crap because i dont care. Nintendo has always been ahead of every company (especially Sony) when it comes to console gaming, and i dont see that ever changing. Wii is also the ONLY recent console to feature something new. 360 improved on the XBox, sure, but still nothing new. Ps3 again, improved on the ps2 but also ended up costing an extra $400...
You can get 2 Wii's for less than the price of a Ps3... and youd be happier with it. |

Is true that PS3 is the most expensive console, but I just want to underline that it include the "Blue Ray" as oposite of Xbox 360 that exceed the amount when you buy the "HD DVD". Is probably a goOd marketing decision, but it can be a greedy one for onwer if some game will require the "HD DVD" to play... I like Halo for sure, but I still wait for Killzone 2!! 
The customer pay more for this anoying exclusivity, it will surprise me if it happend, but I would like to see theses big name build only one power console, it will be best for everyone.

I must agree on everything you said in your last post Goober Wii is revolutionary, the other consoles Xbox and PS is some PC hardware in a new case, controlled by a gamepad with a different and much easier to use (the dumbest people can use it..) software!  |
