Tom's Hardware has done a review, which you can read here This is a small part of what they have to say about it over at Tom's: Hardcore gamers with a strong appreciation for eye candy are generally well-acquainted with Russian game developer GSC Game World. Their team has already turned many heads with the pre-launch of Stalker, due out next year, which combines eye-popping graphics with a creative storyline. The less well known Firestarter, another of the team's projects, has just reached gold status and will be out in stores shortly. Engine is also very cool! Somebody said Firesrter was on the PS2 or X-Box (can't remember) before. I didn't like the way the weapons fired. The creatures were also Hosers.
