There are two ways to get your files on L4Y...
1)
Release it onto the net and wait for our staff to find and post it here. Could take days...weeks (or months/years depending on the mood of the staff member )
2)
Submit it directly and have it posted within a few days!
No brainer really
Dont just think you can only submit your gaming files to us, if you've got some interesting screenshots you'd like to see us use for a Picture of the Day (POTD) on the front page, then you can submit POTD images to us as well!
Please note that we currently have enough POTD's to last us up to April 16th. If you submit a POTD to us and dont see it for a few weeks, dont panic... its probably in the queue waiting to be added |

See, why can't you just use correct grammer in every post like you just did then? It's not that hard... |

Trust me. In my experiance, being staff isnt glamour and fun. Its hard work. I was very glad to help, but its something that I might not want to do again. Make sure your 100% sure that this is really what you want! |

I thought being a Staff member would be a walk in a park, I was so wrong. Being a staff member is much harder than it looks. Writing Soupes, doing interviews, colecting files. It all gets very tiring after a while. But it's all worth it. Look at the experience I get! |

Dont rub it in lol.
Quoting TheBeast | doing interviews |
You didnt have to do the interviews... Foe usually did them but since she is gone im glad someone is doing them becuase I enjoy seeing what everyone has to say

Any staff member is aloud to do an interview, it's just that no one else has been doing them, so I guess, I have Foe's old job now. |

Well, actually, only the staff members with privledges can post either of them. Soupes go in a queue, and interviews are done every Friday. |

I understand... But make sure that you are willing to spend 80% of your time. This is more or less a job, and it requires work . I wanted to just help, and I realised that im doing that just fine as a normal member. You can submit files anytime you want to, and post news too. And im sure if you write a decent soupe, you could send it to a staff member to be checked.
Really, the only advantages to being staff would be to join the side forums (which dosnt have all that juicy stuff that everyone wants) and have the logo. If you really wish to help, it would be best if you just did it on your own time as a normal member. |
