And.... Your vid card isn't even on the minimum supported, lol. Btw, CEVO config won't do much unless you set to DX 8.1. Open Steam, right click on CounterStrike: Source, then click properties. Now click Set Launch Options. In that, copy and paste this, exactly, -dxlevel 81 Now play. See what happens. Can't expect to play a newer game on such old hardware...
