Today JeSter has left the staff of Levels4you.com, we would like to thank him for all the great things he's done for our Unreal Tournament 2004 Section, which is well on it's way to becoming the largest section on this site!

Thanks guys! ergeben i got it from something Esca posted and i edited in Jasc Animation Studio. IAC!! I quite because i dont have any more time to do uploads. I was just taking up space on the Staff list. And i have also lost a little intrest in this site.  But dont get me wrong this is the best community out there! |

This is total idiocracy. Age can't rule out the fact that a person is mature. Its just the older people decide that they are better than the kids, evan when they act worse. Honestly this whole idea is stupid. I say reword that.
I would also like to state, if you want to apply, please make sure that you are mature enough to fill the position.
Anyways your a freakin hippocrit when it comes to the whole spelling thing. You got on my case when I didnt spell perfectly as a staff member. Like you all said, your spelling reflects how professional you truly act. So far, I see you as an imature indavidual. Take that as offencively as you wish, or take that as a goal to work for. Fix your error, and fix your act.
[edit] My spelling is bad, Im proud to admit it. Just use some of your own advice.
Also, Im not sure who said it, but it was pretty much the whole staffs oppinion about spelling. So live up to staff expectations.[/edit] |

Hmm did I go off on you...NOPE. And spelling doesnt exactly reflect you maturity. As I stated before, I type really fast. You know, you have alot of room to talk Esca, when you are one of the most immature users here at L4Y

For news posts/reviews/etc. good spelling is required, in the forums you can type however you want, as long as you know that it does reflect on you.
As for the 16+, that's not required, JeSter wasn't and he did a hell of a job!
However if you are completely new to this site, apply for the job and say that you're 13, we'd opt for the other guy who just came in here and is 16. The older you are, more of an idea you have of responsibility. |

How long have I been Staff for? I was about 16 when I joined, or I was 17 one or the other  I dont have high speed connection, but I do take part. 
[orange]Jester, you have done a great Job, you can safely give yourself a pat on the back and consider the fact that you did a superb job as a Staff member.

Sad to see you go Jester. Good luck.
While Beat and Pickles are valuable to the FarCry Staff, it is hard for them with their connection speed to do the downloading and uploading of files.
As the newer games come out with the better graphics, the file size of the maps are getting larger.
The high speed connection is necessary, IMO as section lead. |

I think that the staff needs to enforce the idea of consulting with everyone else on a new idea, before makeing it a law. Not just talking about Outlaw, but everyone else. I have seen it before in the past, where others create bogus rules, and not consult with everyone else. Communication is key |

Yeah right like that really matters. I'm a lot older that and I never acted mature and by you posting that it seems like you aren't either.
It's Garner's site, let him decide what the rules are for being staff not you. Jester was below that age and he is probably one of the most mature staff you had at this site. Excluding the new staff members, AVPU, Lace , administration and senior staff.
