Due to miscommunication and the administrators living in different timezones, as well as having busy lives, this has dragged on for far too long.
We, the administration of L4Y, have made a giant misstep this past week. Over the past few days we've all carefully read what has been going on in the whole 'Hell Hunter situation'.
Based on our previous experiences with RHFweb's forums and trusting on our staff members to be true, we TUed two of our members, molodiets and mad_ferrit.
Unfortunately in hindsight this appears to have been a very wrong decision, we've found that Hell Hunter's part in this was quite substantial, in contrary to what we thought.
We thought Hell Hunter was yet another vicitim of the popular Staff bashing, members of RHFweb's forum enjoy 
Right now it appears that most of this was caused by Hell Hunter's own unkind words in those forums.
As the administrators of this site, we try to keep things running as smoothly as we can and try to make the right decisions. This time however we've made the wrong decision.
mad_ferrit, molodiets, consider this an apology from us, we know we've upset you a great deal and quite possibly have taken alot of fun out of this website for you, we are sorry for that.

Well I for one am glad you saw the light. I have nothing against Hell Hunter. I like him (not in a CENSORED way  ). I had read the post that had been exchanged and I was baffled why they (molodiets and mad_ferrit) had been TUed. As far as "the other person", I am surprised it took so long.
Dang, why am I not sleeping.  It's 1:54 A.M. my time. |

Well I can only say I hope its not too little too late.
Its cool of you guys to own up to your mistake and apologise, lets just hope molo and ferrit want to return here.  |

Well, I'm still TU'ed, but I can live with that.. I did call runners of the site a pack of Nazis, I did do it in defence of these two people though.
I've seen a public'ish appology from DG in the past when he insulted a lot of people, this is the second apology I have seen. It's good to see the staff come to the level of the users for once. Excellent. |

Thank you DG and Genxer, I thought that was long overdue but very honourable of you both 
However, I am awaiting Garner's response.
I am wondering why RHF was not added to that list, seems unfair as he was only fighting our corner. Please release him
One thing I was rather perturbed about was the fact that I was not informed or given any satisfactory reasons for any of this when the situation occoured. I would like to suggest at least an IMS / e-mail of explaination in future. |

I wasn't punching the guard as you puy it Dan, don't try to make me look bad again after all that has happened. I thanked DG and Genxer for being noble enough to do what they have done and reverse the mistake that was made.
There is little point in anyone posting in this thread that was not directly involved, however I am grateful for all the support.
I think RHF should also be unTU'ed but that is my opinion. He has made mistakes and so have you, can they not just cancel eachother out and let's start again with all this and put it behind us? That would seem the sensible thing to do.
RHF, I just think that maybe DG and Genxer are leaving that decision up to Garner and indeed I am waiting to hear what he has to say about the whole matter before making my mind up.

I'm glad this all got resolved!  I was really confused as to why Molo and Ferrit were taking heat for nothing and it was even fun defending them, but I'm glad you guys fixed this. I can only hope Garner has the same revelations.
Edit: and apparently Garner has had those revalations. |
