Due to miscommunication and the administrators living in different timezones, as well as having busy lives, this has dragged on for far too long.
We, the administration of L4Y, have made a giant misstep this past week. Over the past few days we've all carefully read what has been going on in the whole 'Hell Hunter situation'.
Based on our previous experiences with RHFweb's forums and trusting on our staff members to be true, we TUed two of our members, molodiets and mad_ferrit.
Unfortunately in hindsight this appears to have been a very wrong decision, we've found that Hell Hunter's part in this was quite substantial, in contrary to what we thought.
We thought Hell Hunter was yet another vicitim of the popular Staff bashing, members of RHFweb's forum enjoy 
Right now it appears that most of this was caused by Hell Hunter's own unkind words in those forums.
As the administrators of this site, we try to keep things running as smoothly as we can and try to make the right decisions. This time however we've made the wrong decision.
mad_ferrit, molodiets, consider this an apology from us, we know we've upset you a great deal and quite possibly have taken alot of fun out of this website for you, we are sorry for that.

I don't mean to keep posting like this and you can all decide what to do yourselves, but this is the furthest I've ever seen the Admin of this site to go as far as admitting mistakes and giving an honest, unreserved apology and for that they have to be applauded.
This sends a message. It doesn't just call time on this sorry situation. It doesn't just mean that this shouldn't be brought up again. They have shown that they are willing to listen to the members of this site and that they are willing and able to own up to their mistakes.
Life as a staff member isn't easy on this site. Up until now that's the fault of the members as well as staff. Now the big boys at this site have set an example. They do listen and they do care.
Maybe the usual end is going to change IAC, but you can't leave that up to the staff and admin alone.
Maybe these situations can be avoided in future. DG, Genxer and Garner have shown everybody their goodwill here, it should be mirrored by the members.
With a bit of common sense, self control, tolerance and understanding this kind of thing need never happen again. It's all up to you as members. Meet the staff and admin halfway.

Awww man that is so cruel! but he does have a point, In my eyes he was TU'd for nothing but anyway isnt upto me.
