Try Port Forward, they should have step-by-step instructions for your router.

my net gear router has something blocking my servers on 7755 to show on the master server for some reason, so maybe you may need to try high ports like 50000 like me

I can help, but I require some information.

First off, is your Internet setup like this?

Second, Is your Router cutting off when you only make a Red Faction Dedicated server?

Try the following

1) Port Forward a different game and run a server with that.
2) Check and make sure you installed the Router Correctly, using the CD provoided with your Router. Follow its on-screen instructions carefully and read important notices.
3) Run a server in Red Faction (Listening Server)
4) Check your Routers Settings under Port Forwarding and make sure you opened the port "7755" with UDP (User Datagram Protocol).
