First off, is your Internet setup like this? Second, Is your Router cutting off when you only make a Red Faction Dedicated server? Try the following 1) Port Forward a different game and run a server with that. 2) Check and make sure you installed the Router Correctly, using the CD provoided with your Router. Follow its on-screen instructions carefully and read important notices. 3) Run a server in Red Faction (Listening Server) 4) Check your Routers Settings under Port Forwarding and make sure you opened the port "7755" with UDP (User Datagram Protocol).
