Tiberium section is OPEN!

Well, here it is. The L4Y section for the latest C&C FPS game is now open for your contributions.

Now, seeing as how this is a new section, we're still getting some of the bugs out. If you have any issues with the new section (such as the colouring), then let me know and I'll see what I can do.

We celebrate this new section by promoting Game Revolution's recent Tiberium preview for the PS3, in which several key features have been noted.

Most controversially, the game will only feature ONE usable gun, but seeing as how this one gun can be adapted into several iterations, using a system that sounds to me similar to that used by the gun in the latter Jak & Daxter games, I doubt it's anything to make a fuss over.

The main enemy of the game will be the Scrin, with the Brotherhood of Nod playing a secondary role.

Where this title differs from the earlier C&C FPS title (Renegade) is that you retain some of your C&C RTS commander capabilities. You can call in airstrikes and order around your buddies whilst being in the thick of it yourself.

You can check out our screenshots section for screens of the game, and the downloads section for new files (once I get someone to upload a few. I just don't have the bandwidth.)

Now, as with any new game section, we will need some staff for Tiberium, if you feel you are up to the task then please PM either me (Duke) or Lace requesting to be staff. The usual staff rules apply, being that you can't be staff if you're under 16 (now that Goobers been taken off staff, this rule is solid) and you have to be a well-known poster with interest in the game.

Thank you and enjoy.

Tried to PM you but its not working.... Inbox full mate

I wouldn't mind helping out with this section. I left staff of my own accord a few years back. (quake 4 turned out to be lame)

Well, that's certainly odd. I got plenty of room in my inbox.

Oh, and as you can probably see, I've already darkened the background colours somewhat to help the text stand out.

Is it just me or is the colour scheme here changing every day? Gone to rather vivid black/blue.

I would like to know how that's enforced, I'm sure Skiprat is only like 12.

Well, considering SkipRat was staff before, and only ceased to be staff as the section he was staff for collapsed into itself due to it's own natural suck power, I'd say he qualifies for staff.
