[Forum Rules]   Back to Forum Thread List Lanshire   Posted 1st Sep 2008 11:00pm L4Y Member Post 61 / 189 Hey Guys, The other nite when i was hosting a RF DM match, i had some stupid A$$ come in and start Mouthing Off, I first warned him and then Banned him, But i banned him like 8 times, and his ip kept changing like every 5 seconds, So my questions are: 1. Instead of ban_ip 222.222.222.222 you can use ban_ip 222.222.* or ban_ip 222.* It's usually a good idea (if you are using wildcards at all) to only leave the last octet as a wildcard, otherwise you will likely be banning many others as well.
