Mona: The Assassin is an unofficial Max Payne 2 expansion featuring 5 original, action-packed levels.

Mona Sax is a contract-killer, a job at which she excels. When a Mafia boss sends his army of mobsters after her, assaulting her hideout and forcing her to flee through the city streets, it gets personal and real nasty.
From an abandoned asylum, through the suburban streets of the Big Apple, to the Mafia social club, unleash her destructive power and make them regret to have ever messed with Mona: The Assassin.

Daytime levels do not fit Vampire Slayer 2.0. And besides, you created daytime level by yourself for Absent Grave, so there isn't anything amazing and there won't be |

No need for such aggressivity guys.
Indeed, it can be summed up to a large lamp standing above the level and an edited skybox, but it's way trickier than that to get the right results. Aavenr had some hard time coming up with the result you can see now.
But, agreed, the renderer does most of the work.
DanTheMan was just pointing out that it's rare to see daytime lighting in the MP engine, if ever. I think it's a good point, and while there's nothing extraordinary about it, it's a good thing that it's original. |

What large lamp standing above the level? Are you kidding? It's useless. I guess we both know that it's all about use of Set lighting Curve a lot. Noting too special.
And skybox IS actually edited |

Yeah, that's what I said, the skybox is edited. And I also said that it was by having a big lamp above the level, and it is. Not literally because of the exits we have to add to devide the level, but the whole skybo emits light. The lighting curve is remained untouched, as the vision of the level was to go without contrasts. Anyway, nothing important enough to start an argument. I don't really understand why you react this way to what was an innocent attempt to clarify things here. That's how we did it, probably lots of other ways to achieve a similar effect.
@Jaylen:
I do have a good comp and good framerates, but we ran some testing sessions over the years and nobody ever complained about any low fps. Also consider that the largest levels were created years ago, with respect to the general specs at the time, so most of nowadays users should have no issues with it.
@Helmy:
The ModDB one is still awaiting to be processed before you can watch it, but the Youtube one should work. Can you see any other Youtube videos? If not, I would suggest upgrading your flash player. |

will the levels be replayable in DMW? would make the fun last longer and will mona have like any new abilities n stuff or u keepin it classical MP2 style |

I do not understand why you don't understand. It's very clear that I'm saying that there is nothing special in things like daylight or outside locations in the levels. But some other persons strangely amazed by that and that's what I'm not understand |
