Last week it was made clear that Resident Evil 4 will be released for PS2. It might now seem that this former GameCube-only game is making it's way to Xbox.
The UK-based netplace SPOnG states that under the Golden Joystick awards in London, they were told that Resident Evil 4 will have an Xbox-version. The Xbox-version will, according to SPOnG, be released about the same time as the PlayStation 2 version, and this means in about a years time. Capcom has not yet made any official declaration about the SPOnG-article.
Nobody, except Capcom, knows exactly what to expect from this Xbox-version, but they have earlier stated that the PS2-version will not be a regular copy of the GameCube-version. It will be developed with the PS2-machines possibilities in mind, and one might suppose the Xbox-version will be developed in a similar way.

I was glad it was announced for PS2 but X-Box? Now there's a surprise! I wonder if they will do the "three consoles, three versions" type of thing they did with Soul Calibur 2? You know, add certain little extras and maybe a little sidequest for each console. That would be fun!
