How about some bloodfilled, oldschool shootingaction? The demo of Jets'n'Guns can offer a lot of just that.
Jets'n'Guns is a shooter's game, where you are in control of a heavily armed spaceship, and see the action from the side. THe screen is constantly moving to the right, and you find more than 200 enemies you have to shoot down (by the use of 57 different guns), or avoid. The game consists of 21 levels with classic action, surprisingly nice (but not very advanced) graphics, and an hour of music created by the swedes Machinae Supremacy (known for their fabolous remix of the title melody for The Great Giana Sisters).
The game should have been released long ago, but because of a stop in the development, it wasn't released untill now. Therefor you might have seen an earlier version of this demo. If you have no experience with this kind of games, you might find the demo can be hard, but "old school people" should be able to make it ( at least on the easiest settings).
The demo is 18 MB, and you can find it by clicking the links under here. If you like the game, you can buy the full version (which is 75 MB ) online, either by downloading it or ordering the CD directly from the developers.
