Gamers will now get another chance to be hidden and dangerous, in the new expansion pack for Hidden & Dangerous 2.
Hidden & Dangerous 2: Sabre Squadron is an expansion pack for for the highly acclaimed Hidden & Dangerous 2. The pack consists of nine new singleplayer missions in a campaigne that stretches across four different areas, and also the possibility to play those missions in cooperation with others on the net or in LAN. Besides, you will get three new "deathmatch"-maps and two new "occupation"-missions which can host as many as 32 players.
An expansion pack for a wargame can't be complete without new weapons, and Sabre Squadron can offer the german antitankweapon Panzerschrek, a signal pistol used by the british SAS, a german G43 rifle and a PAK40 cannon. In addition an upgraded AI is promised, and as always that sounds like a good thing.
The demo has a map named Ponte Grande, which can be found down south in Italy, on beautiful Sicilia. Here you can try one singleplayermission, but also LAN and internet playing against other people and bots. The demo is about 180 MB, and you can find it here:
