Thanks to Gandalf's post, I found some more info about the game:
(we had a news post about it at this site back in march)
Sci-fi first-person shooter from the team behind the Unreal franchise, Digital Extremes. The game focuses on a robust immersive storyline that weaves survival elements into the traditional run-and-gun style of first-person action games. According to the publisher, unsurprising will be the graphic marvel and fine-tuned gameplay of Pariah, a trademark gamers have come to expect from any Digital Extremes game. Not straying too far from their roots, Digital Extremes is building Pariah with the latest version of the technologically powerful Unreal engine by Epic Games.
In addition to the ability to create maps, Digital Extremes wants to make it easy to download user-created content, and envision options such as lists of "most popular" maps and picks like "developer's choice" maps where they can let the community know which user maps they think are the best. Given that the user-created maps should be very small -- less than 64k -- they shouldn't take long to download, either.
The game is planned released in February 2005.

I guess all the game's assets will be reusable by mappers? How any custom stuff would be included will wait and see? Reminds me of those random level creating options *G* |

Pariah rules.I just love giving grenade "flowers" to every living thing i see in the game and watch physics do its job  Strange why L4Y doesnt have a Pariah section
ps.Dont say Pariah in front or towards an Indian because in their language that means social outcast,lowest of the scum. |
