this isn't the normal problem ur thinking of, it works fine on my laptop but i've tried every way i can on my desktop and the developers mode still won't work, i've even copied the shortcut from my laptop to my desktop and nothing, and yes they are in the same directory
this is what works on my laptop C:MaxPayne2DevGameMaxPayne2.exe -developer -developerkeys -window -skipstartup -showprogress
i have tried that , a few other variations with the qoutation marks, and this on my desktop:"C:MaxPayne2DevGameMaxPayne2.exe" -developer
its not the shortcut thats wrong, it has to be some kind of setting on my desktop because even when max payne tools installed the shortcut itself it still didn't work,
help is really appreciated , thank you

If your running maxpaynedev mp2 then you shouldnt have to write in those lines. cause then its already in developer mode.
