Plus Servers are moving to Version 1.3 of Red Faction, as of 12th December. Downloading Lazyban 3 will allow you to play on this version of Red Faction as well as the older versions. Original source of this news was cookie .

Subz has to make it work with every version of RF. There are lots of german and french people too they couldn't enter.
It is funny that you think after 3 years it'll give RF its life back.
Why trying to start all this hard stuff when you know it won't give us anything.
Some servers want to run mods for taking out amp etc. Some people using custom HUDs.
If the players doesn't stop to mod they won't play without them on 1.30. |

I tried to play CTF last night. Key word being 'tried'. Went into 3 different servers, all had modders. 
Went to TDM to play. The server I went in had the 200/200, amps, fusion & HMG all patched out. LOL Never seen the 200/200 patched. Had to go back 2 times to make sure I did not just misss it.  Finally gave up and went back to XIII. |

Thats what I was talking about before..with these modded servers which are messing up the gameplay.
Sometimes it is funny to see a modder joining into a game (CTF only)
Because most modders have no skills in the game, and its fun to kill them, even when they have a RAPID fire and flying through the walls. They will leave the game sooner or....nah the will leave the game soon then
I haven't heard anything about cheating in UT...so XIII has to be cheater free? ;/ 
Well ping advantages are bad there. |

Yeah..These Disabled Amp, HMG, Fusion, Super Armor/Health servers sure do take out of the gameplay..but to me, it makes Frags Come a lot Easier. I'd rather like it they weren't disabled. They are in the game..Why take it out? It's not unfair..Everything in the game is in Equilibrium! 
I dunno about Certain HUD's Working on 1.3. I'm using the KA HUD Which Brings a Diff ui.vpp file So I have to replace the original one with this one to get Changes done with the game. Now, If I go in 1.3 with this HUD running, I'ma get an automatic Ban no? |

 So..I move the KA UI into the Multi Folder, but then..The Original one would have to be put back in place or the game wouldn't run? And Even so..It'd run off the Original one rather then the KA Ui in the Multi Folder.. Meh..Confusion!
There are some Separate Ui Files in the Multi Folder too btw. The KA - Assault, Shotty, and Sniper Rifle. Just the UI im worried about..doesn't 1.30 Scan the UI for files that don't match ? |

IIRC 1.3 just checks the size of the UI. If it doesnt match the default sie then you dont get in.
The KA Hud would still work if put into your multi dir....just. ;/ The reason we made that as a new ui,is because the colour changes wont work if it goes in the multi dir and we also added alot of custom sounds. So it was easier to just add it to the ui and save.
I for one would move to 1.3....if I wasnt banned from plus servers  (And Ive never even played on one b4) |

I have managed to get more players playing it in 2 days than all of your efforts combined. Plz don't waste my time with your talks of it being a waste. We will only host v1.3 servers from now on end of story, and if peeps don't join they kan play with all the modders.
I would like to think over 300 combined downloads of LB1.3 in just a matter of days is higher than anyone has achieved before. Keep in mind I do know how much work is involved in getting people to switch to it, if you recall plus was the main force behind v1.3 when it 1st came out many moons ago. The peeps that sit here and say how no one will play, and things like that are the exact reason why not everyone has it.
I ask for once you all try to work together and promote something for the community. Instead of already having it defeated in your mind within a few mins of reading.
And to whoever said no one plays in our servers, we host the biggest and most popular RF server which almost always has double the amount of players than any other server running. |

LazyBan 1.30 doesn't work with the german version
it might work when you add the english ui.vpp to it. |
what happens when you try to run it? it was supposed to work with all versions, and it was running fine on my german version.
also, the german and english ui.vpp should be identical. try to replace your ui.vpp with the original. |

bad move i think to... of course there is a patch switcher just no1 will use it to join a server that has about 2 players (cuz 1.3) plus i request u switch back! (even tho i dont really like Allan ) other members are OK...  |
