Hey Guys.. Having a small problem here.. My Cursor for some reason ( like when i open a new tab or click anything on a website) stays on the Hourglass for like the entire time the page is loading. I always had the Arrow and the Hourglass together.. I did have a pop -up messae about Java or somethign like that , So i uninstalled all java.. and its still the same..

Any thoughts..

Ran Spybot adn AVG already and nothing.

Might be something wrong with the HDD, run a checkdisk.

Go into control panel and double click your mouse settings.
Go to "Pointers" tab. In here, what you need to do is select a different mouse pointer animation and click apply. After you have done that, go test the page.
Do you get the hourglass?
If yes, go back into pointers and change it back to the orginal you have.
Try again.
Do you get the hourglass?
If Yes, your computers @%$#ed.
If No, you have fixed the problem. Congrats
