If you have Adobe ImageReady you can resize gif animations as i too had the same problem. well i use ImageReady 3.0 so dont know if the earlier ones do it or not  |

I do have "Adobe ImageReady 7.0".
I just reloaded PhotoShop 7.0. I recently reformatted my hard drive.

Man I forgot how to make GIF pictures/files smaller.

i just opened the gif in image ready and saved each frame sepperately then re sized each frame in ps then re put together the gif. if you want the 64X64 version im using, even though it has a white outline on this site for some reason.., i can send it to u or host it on another site in an hour or so then post it so u can save it as .gif |

haha, i must say that the new site is amazing. and im glad all the little bugs are getting fixed. quick queston, when im scrolling down, looking at new replies, there is an add between 2 replies, im wondering if that is suppose to be there or not. no big deal, just curious |

I've been trying to resize Animated Gifs forever without success. I just checked my Programs and I have Image Ready and wasn't aware that it would do the trick. Thanks Lord Seafood. 
When I loaded an Animated Gif file into Image Ready it would only let me save it as a PSD file. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? |

I don't get it.
You guys only use the cutting edge hardware, high end graphics cards!
And you are complaining about a site that only needs the cheap resolution of 1024x768!? 
But when playing games you set the resolution to 1280x1024 4xAA and 8xAn. filtering! 
Perhaps you see the scroll bar on the bottom when you activate that advanced design on Windows XP (1024x768).
I've set the desktop on my computer to 1600x1200 and there's still too less space.
Perhaps 5 years ago I have used 1024x768, I just can't live with this resolution no more  (the icons are as large as my hand!!)
