But when I the icon lands on my desktop or the quick launch in the bottom left, looks like a broken image. WTH? Any way to fix this or is it compatibility issues? There should be a customize tab at the top. In this tab, there should be a "change icon" button. Click it and then click "browse". Browse to the programs folder where you installed it and find a "ico" file or something, click it and it will show up in the box. If there is more than one icon, highlight the one u want and click ok. Hit apply and ok on the properties and your icon should refresh to the icon you selected. Let me know how it goes.
