OK i have been trien to get my red faction dedicated server to work. I can start one in the game and everything just fine. When i launch the assist program it launches and initilizes just fine but i cant ever get it to come up on the server list in the game. any suggestions?

People have said alot on this subject, stuff about geting rid of firewalls and having clear ports... I just gave up on mine, but I think u can find other help on other forums on page 2.
ok yea i sent yea an ims but dont klnow if yea got it but hit me up and add me to your msn add both of these the trick guy is the one who knows more about this [Censored] then i do

nobody wants to write out the whole thing probably! u should go on teamspeak and have someone run you through it! talk to Nitro from red faction!
The problem is the exact detials are hardware and software specific. Providing you have fowarded all needed ports to the correct IP, and you have allowed access to that computer via any firewall software, then the problem you're probably having is that you need to click LAN-only and type in the servers IP to manually add it to your list.

nonono....Click on your RF Launcher and click on Setup then Network...Now see where it says Force Local Port??
Make sure it says 7755
And that the Force Port on your dedi server menu is set to 7756 or something like it...
