I talked to you in game, I was on as Graham? Sure I'll test it... if you have the light sabers working. If not, send me the mod with JUST the light saber skin and I'll fine-tune it for you. |

In responce to your IM...
You will need 3d studio max 4 or 5 to be able to use RF_Bone and put them into RF...There is a sticky thread I think |

you must have been working youre arse off for the last few weeks , 3 new 4 (a Grenade launcher ) new ISM wepaons modeled and animated a whole mod with full sp and a bunch of wepaons AND a lightsaber , you better be careful when you go outside because you might blind some one wih you whiteness |

true man.. just when I learned how to get weapons in game I got a huge surge of enthusiasm for modelling... Looking in the mirror.. oh crap i aint got a reflection....
Heres the lightsabre... the blade has a skin.. just need to skin the handle.
Now to go outside... Ugh.. sunlight  |

do the sabers have different colours? do u start wiv em or are they in game? i imagine it to be like the shovel in red frogs mod. can it melt through doors like in episode 1?? sorry i talk to much.

Love the look of that, Although I do think the beam could be a TINY bit thicker. but I dont mind  Darth Joker, when I left you, you were but the master, now I AM the master! |

I think the beam could be a bit thicker....It looks like someone tried to make a star wars movie with cheap effects with the beam being so small...  |

lol sobe. see mono, it could do with bein a bit thicker. i'll wait in excitement for the release. i've actual;ly just bin playin a star wars mod for BF1942 with the X-Wings and everythin! very cool. hope this is as good obviously without the vehicles.

yes the sabers will have different colors. kyle's will be green, Sariss's will be blue, and ?????? will be purple.
i don't think the sabers will be melting any doors do to how red faction is. and i don't think the saber will make geo holes eather, except mabt for the acashionel "you don't have a key for this door maby you could use your all access key".
To SKA-Diesel i also think the blade could be a little thiker and i also think the handle could be a little smaller. if you'v played JEDI outcast or academy or seen any of the stae wars movies the you should know that the blade is the same thikness as the handle. i aslo think they should be more colerfull but that realy doesn't matter. |

1. my goal it to completly convert red faction onto star wars hence the title STAR WARS TC
2. i'v done all the weapons i know how to do. the light saber is my only real big set back. and as for it glowing SKA-Diesel can answer that question better than i can.
3.as for some screenshots, iwould but i don't know how. so if someone would be so kind as to let me know how to post a screenshot on my CDC then i will. |
