^Sony said the Killzone 2 was actual in-game footage. The graphics on the 360 just didn't impress me too much. IMHO, it wasn't much better than the current Xbox. |

PS3 demos confirmed as fakes!
PlayStation 3's GPU (graphics processing unit) has yet to be finished, according to nVidia's chief financial officer Mary Burkett.
Burkett, speaking at the recent JP Morgan Technology Conference in San Francisco, explained that the chip - currently codenamed RSX - is still in production. As such, it couldn't have been used to generate any of Sony's supposed realtime PS3 tech demos that were shown at the company's pre-E3 conference last week.  |

Seriously if you can't tell that those videos are cgi'd you must be blinded by fanboyism. Why believe Sony? They have lied before. I remember they said the PS2 was twice as powerful as the Gamecube. Turned out to be less powerful. E.A said that all Sony's games were pre-rendered, unlike E.A's games.

I'm ver convinced the sony again is going to have the best selling game console, because of its previous successes, and there for will the best and the most games, for the best price.
The only thing the really bothers me about the PS3 is how the controler looks, why have they came up whit something new, while the allready had a great controller |

^^^ You do realise most of the 360 "in game" footage isn't even on the 360 hardware yet don't you? Each developer has "kits" which simulate the hardware each system puts off. With these kits they can replicate footage which will look very close to the final product.
^^ I'm no Sony fanboy, in fact, I side with M$ currently. But for nextgen, it just seems the 360 isn't much of an improvement on the Xbox. Besides, most of their emphasis is on LIVE, and not even online gaming. Who really cares if I can design and sell T-shirts? I just like PS3's approach at E3. They basically said, "Yeah bi7ches, this is what we got. Now what?" |

Indeed but I like the analogue stick for movement. It's better than using keys. Some sort of mouse with analogue movement combo would be heaven.

They were xbox 360 games running on apple G5's which are only a 3rd of the power as the 360 so the finished product, I will imagine will be better. 3 times better. I still think the 360 is underpowered but the PS3 is only 1.9 times more powerful, and that's the only difference between the 360 and ps3, the power. The Revolution on the other hand will be offering something different. A new gaming experience, not the same ol' sequels. I won't be buying an xbox.

"Yeah bi7ches, this is what we got. CGI'd footage because we have no games and our main processor isn't even finished."
The difference between the PS3 and 360 is so small. Sony WILL be focusing on their online aspects this time around because people care about. |

I think they will all be good in their own way...just like before. But I don't really have a favorite out of the three...but if I sided with one I would choose the 360. The controllers and the system just looks really cool. That ps3 controller just doesn't look like it would seem cumfy at all. |

the revolution is going to really suck just like the ds. whats this CENSORED that nintendo is making a new game boy advance with the same junk graphics.i think that the ps3 will be the best cuz they got blu ray and unreal tournament 2007 and it looks so sweet. xbox 360 is probably gunna b better that revolution bcause of the new halo.the problem with nintendo is they can only make crapp1 games for 2 year olds.

The DS sucks? Have you EVEN played it?
PS3 is the best because of Blue Ray? What does their discs have to do with anything? If that was the case Gamecube should have won because it had the most inventive disc.
As for Nintendo can only come out with kiddy games, I refer you to this: Eternal Darkness... possibly the most disturbing game made to that point, and it was produced by Nintendo! It really does tick me off when people say Nintendo is only for 2 year olds when they don't know the facts about what it has and hasn't, instead base it on the fact that they came out with Pokemon. Hey, like it or not, that earned them billions of dollars. I'd be known as kiddy for billions of dollars.
The fact is, Revolution may not have the fastest hardware but it does have the newest, different things such as WI-FI and downloadable libraries. Nintendo is going in a different direction than the other two and hoping to get that niche of the market. The understand that they have lost the main console wars, their trying to get in on the side. Sorta like "Hey, here's what these other guys are looking like, but look what I can do!"... Its not a focus on graphics anymore, its a focus on gameplay and steps in entirely new directions, something I've always preferred over pretty graphics. Its just a graphics display if it doesn't have some kind of gameplay going on. This seems to be doing pretty well with the touch-screen DS, something else that is a new idea completely to the handhelds. |

think of the amout of info that can go on them
I have looked around for xbox info on discs, some say it will be just dvd, some say they may still use blu-ray, but i cant find anything straight that sez what ms will use |

The Reason they made new controllers (sony) is because they were sued for copying some other companies design a little while ago and can no longer make those ps2 controllers that you are so used to.
I remember reading a thread about it on the EOCF forums. |
