The Story
Anubis (the bad guy, for the people who don't watch Stargate) is on the move, scouring the galaxy. Seeking that which can grant him immeasurable power. SG-1, the front line of earth's defense agaisnt the Goa'uld, steel themselves for what lies ahead... An ancient evil rises
Multiplayer
Multiplayer will play an important role and will integrate all the classic multiplayer modes like Death Match, Capture the Flag and Team variations of that kind.
The Engine
As most of you probably know it is based on a heavily modified and graphically enhanced Unreal 2.5 engine.
Release Date
Well i take it that most of you want to know when SG-1: The Alliance is coming out. It is due for release on 07/10/2005 |

It is going to be a FPS with team/squad controls.
I think that even people who hate Stargate are going to love this game |

Too bad they chose Anubis as the bad guy. (in the show).
In the egyptian mythology, Seth is the real bad god. He appeared and died in one episode of Stargate. A waste. |

I am a real Stargate Nut, I can't wait for this. I hope the AI is good, cos games like C&C: Renegade, the AI absolutely sucks. I hope it is like HALO and puts up a good fight |

Any official release date. I went to this site and couldn't find anything but some mighty fine trailers. Well the E3 trailer was.  They have convince me to get this game. I'm a fan of the show, so why shouldn't I get the game right? |

There is no official date for the game as of yet. Amazon have put a release on February 24, 2006. Gamespot on the other hand say it will be on May 1, 2006.
This game is going to be Chel'nuk. Due to the tension between JoWood and Perception, somethings might of gone wrong. All i know was the last thing i heard, was that an Alpha had been sent to MGM for checking. I just hope that it is going to be a Chel'nuk game. If it is not i will Sha'lokma'kor
I watch Stargate SG-1 everyday before i go to bed (yes i know... i'm sad ). But it is just so goddam good!! 
I still have not got a reply from JoWood, and by the looks of it, i never will. So all we can do at the moment is sit and wait.

Oh thank GOD you translated that. I thought it was more internet chat language I had to learn.  LOL
I'll be looking out for it. The characters look very similar to the characters on the show. Especially the humans. |

LOL, I think the only person that could probably understand that is Garner He probably knows the whole entire Goa'uld language (guessing )
They have done a great job with the models and hopefully the maps will be very good as well. |
