As most of you know they has been talk of a CS:Source section here at L4Y, well the talk is right and our section is currently getting kitted out with files, screenshots etc.
Now what I am looking for is 3 staff members, preferbly people who play CS: Source ALOT  and know some of the inner workings of the game. Also for file updates, news, and taking time to test files out in a custom server with myself and/or other CS:S staff members and users.

In preparation of the CSS section opening I think I'll add the following to the rules...
'Anyone who uses 'leet' speak will be fair game for abuse from all other users on the site.
Moderators will be told to join in with the abuse and will not assist such users.'

Hmm. I haven't played CS since 1.6 came out (exept some tests for couple of minutes) SO with good playing company I might get interested it again (Counter-Strike)

That's good. Since I have been hating teenish leet speakers since usualy they do not have anykind of tactical sense. And usually their tactics suit into 2 words which are "rush" and "camp" |

Jeez its a different language, which 3 year old made this language up lol  No seriously I'll give em stick as well. Are staff going to get a sneak preview of thss CSS section before it goes live to the public? |

I'd love to be CSS staff, but I'm on 56k so I can't upload files to the site 
I play the game quite a lot
260 hours.. That's 10 days... Man. I've played CSS for 10 full days since Christmas =/
I've kinda slowed down recently since my RF addiction has took CSS addiction! And i keep lagging like hell in CSS.. |

Its already up and running Gandalf - hidden from everyone not a CS:S staff member though.
Genxer set it up a few weeks back... I'm sure if you want to help get the ball rolling by helping to setup the section by uploading files he'll let you have a sneak preview |

I personally would like to be CSS staff. I am on a DSL connection @ 1.5mb/s downstream and 256kb/s upstream. However, I wouldn't be able to do ANYTHING until I am sure I am going to stay at my own house with my DSL connection, due to my sister's condition.
I would like to "sign up" for a pending staff account..... I guess.... |

Actually, there's an idea. Why not have the language filter just remove any L33T rather than cursing?
I suppose I should at least mention CS:S to avoid being horribly off topic.... As such, CS:S is L33T. |
