The main one used here i think is http:\\imageshack.us where you browse to the image you wanna upload and then click the upload button. After it has uploaded there should be lots of different links. For this forum you should use the link labeled "Hotlink for forums (1)" or alternatively you can use the link "Direct link to image" where you will have to place the tags [img] before the link and [ /img] after the link without the space between the [ and \. so should look similar to this [img]http:\\http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/3103/lseafood7lj.png[ /img] again without the space between the [ and \.
